Whomever I pick as the winner from the comments will get one of the books on their list from me! (up to $6.00) I'll gift the ebook from Amazon for Kindle, or a Barnes & Noble gift card for Nook.
So I'll start with what's on my 'Wish List'/TBR list:
western paranormal novella
at Amazon |
Stonehenge is the second in a YA series by Lisa Graves (check out the first, Atlantis, which I loved!)
I've read a couple of Edie Ramer's other books (Cattitude, Galaxy Girls) but haven't gotten to this one yet...
And this 3rd installment in the great Brother's In Arms series by Carol Ericson will be a Nook purchase very soon...
This one I've read, and hope to feature on the blog with Arlene Webb very soon. I had to add it today because this cover did it's job getting me to read the blurb, which totally sold me. Let me tell you, this science fiction suspense story with layers of romance is SO good!!
That's it for me for now, even though there's many more books on my TBR list on my Nook. I'd run out of room if I tried to list them all.
So now it's your turn. Introduce me to some new authors on your lists!
Stacey Joy Netzel
If you win and don't have a Kindle or a Nook, we'll work something out!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, the list is so long. I want the gift card, so I load up my Nook. I still have so many I haven't read yet though. You're next on my list, Stacey, and then Amy Atwell's Ambersley. I've got yours and Amy's. Just need time to read. lol
ReplyDeleteOops, I forgot I've got Edie's Galaxy Gals, too.
ReplyDeleteEdie's Dead People is my favorite so far of hers.
ReplyDeleteI read Ann Macela's Unexpected Magic recently which is a light paranormal dealing with witches. Excellent.
And Leigh Morgan's, Second Chances, I finished last night. Really liked it also. Also recently read Jingle Hells by Misty Evans.
And of course, Stacey's Lost in Italy was superb!
My wish list is so long - it's not even funny!
ReplyDeleteJust read "Seal of my Dreams" and want more SEALS - the upcoming Jessica Scott book "Back to You" is on my list, as is Trish McCallam's "Forged in Ice". Christmas anthology "Holiday Kisses" would be nice. What I mentioned before is that I check Amazon everyday to see if you have released "Dragonfly Dreams" yet. I would love to get it. Thanks, Stacey.
Janet,
ReplyDeleteYou will love Dragonfly Dreams. It's one of my favorites.
Sandy, Ambersley by Amy Atwell is great! And I know what you mean... I need more time to read!
ReplyDeleteCasey, glad to hear that about Dead People. And your Seasons of Wine and Love (by Casey Clifford) is on my list, too. Like Sandy said, too many, not enough time! Thank you for mentioning Lost In Italy.
Janet, you're a sweetheart and Dragonfly Dreams is but a week or so away from being in your hands! Thanks for the other books to look at...I'll have to check out Holiday Kisses--sounds right up my alley.
Casey...thanks about Dragonfly Dreams. I've re-edited the story and added an epilogue, so hopefully it's now even better.
My wish list includes anything by susan Elizabeth Phillips (I have two I'm "saving" so I don't run out too soon) and Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus series. I just caught up with Son of Neptune, and now I have to wait until next fall for the next book in the adventure series.
ReplyDeleteI'm thrilled you liked book one, Splintered Energy in the color series, Stacey. Thank you so much for the kind words and I can't wait to guest on your blog.
ReplyDeleteI think I would like to read Clarity by Kim Harrington.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
My TBR is ginormous (O.O) I am looking forward to a few specific books tho. Saints Astray by Jacqueline Carey, The Monsters Corner: Stories Through Inhuman Eyes (anthology), Blood Bound by Rachel Vincent, and anything by Catherynne Valente. I just finished The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making (by Valente) and it was frickin awesome. I'm gonna devour everything else by Valente as soon as I can get my hands on more.
ReplyDeleteI'm currently reading a book called Badass, by Ben Thompson--it's non-fiction and makes me laugh really hard. I have been eyeing Joanna Chambers' The Lady's Secret, though...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!
Helen, yeah, SEP is almost always a great read. :)
ReplyDeleteHey Arlene! I'm also enjoying The R Word, just not finding much time to read. :(
Lena--Clarity sounds really good. (had to peek at it on B&N)
Angie, you are Catherynne Valente's dream reader!! :) Love the title of the book you just finished. The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making. Though as an author, I'd hate typing that out when doing promo. :)
Julie, ladie's secret sounds good, too.
I'll announce a winner by the end of the day (Wednesday).
I'm a day late, but not a dollar short! My 8yr old drew the winner...
ReplyDeleteLena!
Congratulations and thanks to everyone who stopped by.
Merry Christmas!
Oops, Lena, I thought I could message you from your profile, but I can't. Please email me at staceyjoynetzel (at) gmail (dot) com and let me know what kind of ereader you have (if you do) so I can send you the $6 gift certificate to put toward your book wish list!
